What Maverick Ark Is — and Is Not

Maverick Ark is a software product. It is a journaling and analytics tool that lets a user manually record their own past trades and review their own performance data. It is sold as a subscription to the software only.

We want to be unambiguous about what we do not do. Maverick Ark does not:

execute, place, route or facilitate any trade or order;
act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or introducing agent;
provide investment advice, research, recommendations, tips or trading signals;
manage portfolios or offer discretionary or advisory services;
accept, hold, pool, transfer or manage client money or margin for trading purposes;
connect to any broker to place orders on a user's behalf, or offer copy-trading;
promise, project or guarantee any profit, return or performance outcome.

The only money we collect is the subscription fee for access to the software, charged to the user's own payment method. We are not registered with, and do not hold any licence from, SEBI, the RBI or any other financial regulator, because the product is not a financial service and no such registration applies to software of this kind.

Where the app imports data from MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5, it reads a user's own exported trade history file for record-keeping only. It has no order-placing capability.

Terms of Service

Maverick Ark is a trading journal and analytics tool. By creating an account you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to keep your login details private. You own the trade data you enter. We may update features or pricing; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

Privacy Policy

We store your email and the journal data you enter so it can sync across your devices. Data is stored with Google Firebase and is only readable by your account. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we never see or store your card details. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing connecttoarunprasath@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends at no cost. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly at $5 USD until cancelled. If you are charged and are not happy, email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; partial-month refunds are not provided. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record.
