Terms of Service

Maverick Ark is a trading journal and analytics tool. By creating an account you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to keep your login details private. You own the trade data you enter. We may update features or pricing; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

Privacy Policy

We store your email and the journal data you enter so it can sync across your devices. Data is stored with Google Firebase and is only readable by your account. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing maverickark16@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period; partial-month refunds are not provided.

Risk Disclosure

Maverick Ark is a journaling and analytics tool, not financial advice. Trading forex, futures, and CFDs carries a high level of risk and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance recorded in your journal does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
